About Us

Nouvia Bars started as a passion and desire to nourish the body with food the body recognizes. With this desire in mind, we searched for a snack that would conveniently deliver high quality protein and fruit. When nothing met our specific needs, we decided to take matters into our own hands to create something we felt would be unique.

We asked ourselves questions such as, "What would the body recognize as nourishing food?", "How do we get more fruit into our body?", and "What are good, bioavailable protein sources?". Those questions were answered by testing recipes that used bone broth powder, dried whole eggs, fruit, and ghee. After many iterations, Nouvia Bar was born. An animal-based protein bar that uses ingredients the body has been nourished with for ages.
